ORANGE COUNTY, Texas A Texas Department of Public Safety trooper arrested the father of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott on marijuana charges. A trooper conducted a traffic stop at about 4 p.m. Saturday on Highway 87 in Orange County.
