Suspended PSU fraternity charged with serving alcohol to minors

STATE COLLEGE - Another Penn State fraternity is in trouble with the law. Police said after a party at Alpha Chi Rho late last month two 18-year-old women were found intoxicated on Locust Lane. Both of the women had blood-alcohol levels that were close to three times the legal limit of 0.08 percent.

UPMC Altoona recognized for maternity care
