Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — Conemaugh Valley varsity girls' basketball coach Teri Cruse was honored Wednesday night prior to the Blue Jays' matchup against Ferndale.
Coach Cruse, who is retiring at season's end, was recognized during pregame ceremonies with approximately 30 former players in attendance.
As for the game itself, the Lady Jays led by 16 at halftime and went on to defeat the Lady Jackets 58-37, handing Coach Cruse her 271st career win.
