DUBOIS -- The DuBois Mall is now under new management.
According to acting general manager Tony Stephens, Jones Lang Lasalle Inc., also known as JLL, was appointed by a court to be the receiver of the mall. That appointment went into effect Jan. 18.
Stephens said Wednesday that JLL is the largest third-party management group for malls in the country and the company has great relationships with many national retailers.
He said that the leasing team is in communication with such retailers, but it is too early in the process to confirm that any new stores are coming to DuBois.
"We are here and we are open and we are happy to be part of the community," said Stephens.
