Authorities with the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General have charged a State College restaurant/business owner for allegedly failing to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes.

Investigators say Yean Ngan, who owns the Little Szechuan PA, Tea-Time State College, and Little College Food Court, reportedly failed to pay over $600,000 in sales taxes, dating back to 2017.

Authorities say an audit of Ngan's businesses revealed the tax discrepancies.

Ngan faces numerous counts of various theft and tax-related charges, according to online court records.

She has since been released on unsecured bail and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for next week.
